Powerful Engine

Compact and sophisticated liquid-cooled DOHC 249cc single-cylinder four-stroke powerplant with Programmed Fuel Injection (PGM-FI) produces smooth and consistent torque at low rpm, plus excellent high-rpm performance.

Anti Braking System (ABS)

Two channel ABS is fitted as standard and gives the rider the option to switch it off for the rear brake. ABS increasing the braking efficiency and gives easiness to handling in various scenario by avoiding fear of locking up the brakes.

Upside-Down Shock Absorber

The front suspension adopts a separating type inverted suspension with an inner tube diameter of 44mm that functions independently from left and right, and a prop link type suspension is adopted for the rear. The aluminum swing arm rigidity and realizes a ride comfort with stability along with road surface compatibility.

Chassis

The frame is an oval type steel twin tube. By securing the longitudinal rigidity we have a solid feeling of stability and supple ride. It also contributes to the comfortable riding position.

Pro-Link Rear Suspension

Pro-Link single-shock rear suspension delivers 9.5 inches of rear-wheel travel combined with Tapered aluminum swing arm delivers excellent stability.

Digital Instrument Panel

The liquid crystal display deliver clear and precise information on speedometer, fuel meter, mileage, clock, ABS On/Off.

Fuel Tank

Securing a fuel tank capacity of 7.8L, it aims for the best balance of refreshing driving with lightweight body and touring performance.

Headlight

A headlight visor directing fearlessness around the front and a multi-reflector large-diameter headlight that illuminates the night road brightly.

Small Muffler & Tail Lamp (MX Style)

A 38mm throttle body combines with a revised airbox, reshaped air boot, new muffler design and a larger-diameter exhaust head pipe to provide improved response and better power in the low and midranges.

Comfortable Seat

With a smooth seating surface with a slim sheet shape, we pursued a highly flexible riding position that can respond to the situation from sitting posture to standing.

Wider Foot Peg

Adopted wide type foot peg that improves the comfort of the feet.

Skid Plate

Equipped with a skid plate to protect the engine’s bottom from mud and rocks.

Tool Box with Key

On the left side cover is equipped with a tool box with a key that can store tools and accessories. It is also equipped with a luggage hook/helmet holder convenient enough for touring and others.

With styling cues taken directly from Honda’s CRF250R and CRF450R MX machines, the new CRF250L is ready for anything a rider can throw at it: it’s tough, practical and equally at home around a city block or out on the trail.
